Marina Trimarchi, coordinatrice del Progetto MEDNIGHT, è stata invitata a discutere con un gruppo di student del Liceo “G. Seguenza” a proposito delle opportunitò, dei problemi e dei vari aspetti legati all’essere una donna in ambito STEM. Durante l’incontro, ha raccontato agli student cosa significa essere una ricercatrice in Fisica Nucleare, dall’impegno nel realizzare e mantenere un grande apparato sperimentale, alla raccolta e all’analisi dei dati sperimentali presso i laboratori internazionali

Durante l’evento, è stata allestita la mostra “Le Marie Curie del Mediterraneo”, che ha stimolato un interessante dibattito sul ruolo delle donne nella scienza.
