I partecipanti saranno invitati a riconoscere piante aromatiche e spezie tipiche della cucina mediterranea attraverso l’odore, l’aroma ed il gusto. A ciascun partecipante saranno fornite schede con un elenco di descrittori sensoriali da riconoscere e valutare.
