Ricercatori a Scuola Patti

Ricercatori a Scuola – UniME

A conclusione della partecipazione dei ricercatori del progetto MEDNIGHT alla “Settimana della Cultura Scientifica” organizzata dall’Istituto “Borghese Faranda” di Patti (ME), il gruppo coordinato da Luigi Liotta ha intrattenuto gli alunni sul tema della filiera di produzione di latte e formaggi.

In particolare, Annalisa Amato, Carmelo Cavallo e Vincenzo Lopreiato hanno discusso una presentazione dal titolo: “Latte e formaggi: cosa c’è dietro le quinte”, arricchita da video da loro stessi interpretati, in cui hanno spiegato tutti i passaggi della filiera di produzione.

Più di 100 alunni hanno partecipato alla conferenza, intervenendo con domande e curiosità.
