Io e il mondo. Insieme in salute

L’attività si pone l’obiettivo di sensibilizzare i giovani partecipanti sull’importanza che assumono le sane abitudini comportamentali ed alimentari per migliorare il proprio benessere psicofisico. Infatti, in occasione dell’attività si avrà modo di sottolineare l’interconnessione esistente tra la salute individuale e la salute dell’ecosistema, in linea con i Goals dell’Agenda 2030. Il quiz ed i giochi proposti, attraverso sfide ludico-interattive, punteranno a migliorare la conoscenza e la consapevolezza dei bambini sulle seguenti tematiche: a) rispetto della natura per una vita sana; b) stagionalità dei prodotti nell’area mediterranea per una sana alimentazione; c) crescere bene grazie ad uno stile di vita salutare.
