Η Ελένη Ναζίρη, ερευνήτρια στο Τμήμα Επιστήμης Τροφίμων και Διατροφής του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου, θα πραγματοποιήσει ένα διαδραστικό εργαστήριο για μαθητές και μαθήτριες δημοτικού. Σε αυτό το εργαστήριο, οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες θα μάθουν για τη βιοχημια τροφιμων σχετικά με ζυμουμενα τροφιμα. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση θα δοθεί στον ρόλο των γυναικών στην επιστήμη της Διατροφής.
