RESEARCHERS BACK TO SCHOOL – Food biochemistry

Eleni Naziri, researcher at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition of the Aegean University, will run an interactive workshop for primary school students. In this workshop, students will learn about food biochemistry related to fermented foods. Special emphasis wiil be put on the role of women in Nutrition science.
