Neal es el director y presidente del CineGlobe Film Festival en el CERN, el laboratorio europeo de física de partículas y sede del LHC, en Ginebra, Suiza. Simultáneamente, es Director de Producción de TEDxCERN, y también incursiona en la ingeniería mecánica de diseño estructural ultraestable y de baja masa para el experimento ATLAS.

Ha producido el 48 Hour Film Project en Suiza desde 2008, y actualmente está trabajando en dos documentales, uno con las bicicletas más rápidas del mundo, y otro que muestra el funcionamiento subterráneo del CERN. Ha coproducido dos hackathons transmedia en el marco de CineGlobe, con el Tribeca Film Institute y el Festival Tous Ecrans.
