The rector of the Universitat Jaume I, Eva Alcón, has inaugurated the photographic exhibition Rostros mediterráneos de la ciencia [Mediterranean faces of science], which can be visited in the outdoor area of the university campus.
The Mediterranean Women Researchers’ Night (MEDNIGHT) will be held on 24 September with multiple activities aimed at people of all ages
Within the framework of the European project MEDNIGHT, the exhibition offers the opportunity to meet 27 current women scientists from countries in the Mediterranean area, such as Albania, Cyprus, Spain, Lebanon, Serbia and Turkey. Through the panels, the public will be able to learn about the training, careers and biographies of such important researchers as Anna Lluch, doctor honoris causa of the Universitat Jaume I.
