RESEARCHERS BACK TO SCHOOL – Green sewage cleaning solutions

Argyri Xenaki and Athanasia Iliopoulou, evironmental researchers at the Department of Environment of the Aegean University, will run a workshop on environmental topics. In this workshop, students will learn why it is important to remove pollutants from sewage produced by various activities, e.g. cheese factory activities, and will make observations with a microscope, while special emphasis will be put on the role of women in Environmental Science.
