On Tuesday, February 11, Miguel Hernández University researcher Laura Pérez attended the IES Macia Abela in Crevillente. The students enjoyed an educational talk about neuroscience, an area in which she specializes. The talk, which was given on the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, showed the girls that there are female role models in science and motivated them to pursue a scientific career.
