From 16th to 19th January 2023, MEDNIGHT researchers have visited the “Borghese Faranda” High School in Patti (ME), during the “Week of Scientific Culture” organized by the school.

The participation of the MEDNIGHT researchers in the “Scientific Culture Week” culminated, on Thursday 19th January, with the intervention of group coordinated by Luigi Liotta, having entertained the students on the topic of the milk and cheese production chain. 

In particular, Annalisa Amato, Carmelo Cavallo and Vincenzo Lopreiato discussed a presentation entitled: “Milk and cheese: what’s behind the scenes”, enriched by videos interpreted by themselves, in which they explained all the steps of the production.

More than 100 students participated in the conference, intervening with questions and curiosities.
