RESEARCHERS BACK TO SCHOOL – Food trends

Konstantinos Gkatzionis, researcher at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition of the Aegean University, will run an interactive workshop for high school students. In this workshop, students will learn about food trends, while questions such as what is food and how we perceive it will be posed.
