RESEARCHERS BACK TO SCHOOL – Computing applications in food science

Efstathios Kaloudis, researcher at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition of the Aegean University, will run an interactive workshop for high school students. In this workshop, students wiil learn how computer science can be applied to food science.
