Researchers at School – UniME

The participation of the MEDNIGHT researchers in the “Scientific Culture Week” organized by the “Borghese Faranda” Institute of Patti (ME), culminated with the intervention of group coordinated by Luigi Liotta, having entertained the students on the topic of the milk and cheese production chain .

In particular, Annalisa Amato, Carmelo Cavallo and Vincenzo Lopreiato discussed a presentation entitled: “Milk and cheese: what’s behind the scenes”, enriched by videos interpreted by themselves, in which they explained all the steps of the production.

More than 100 students participated in the conference, intervening with questions and curiosities.
