Mind and Food: how to educate to healthy eating

The food psycho-education laboratory will be an opportunity for all the children who participate, to learn through games, videos and many activities that food is experience, communication and even creativity!! We will know many good and healthy foods and how to use them to create colorful and balanced dishes, we will discover that sometimes our emotions suggest what and how to eat, but above all we will learn that eating is a sensory experience and that a conscious diet helps to be full of energy and vitality and grow stronger!!
