Main event València

In the city of Valencia (Spain), the three partners of MEDNIGHT consortium (FISABIO, INCLIVA and CSIC) are planning a big event on September 30. The venue will be an emblematic site of the city center of Valencia. It will be a whole day celebration. In the morning, workshops and activities will be organized for primary and secondary students who will attend by invitation. We will also organize meetings between researchers with European projects and students to tell them how they started their scientific career and what motivated them to dedicate themselves to research.

In the afternoon, the workshops and activities will be open to the general public and families.

Each participating entity will organize five workshops to bring science closer to the public. The topics will range from healthy food to sustainable chemistry, from biomedical research to the microbial world…

There will be a European Corner dedicated to highlighting European funding for scientific and technical research leading by Europa Direct.
