Kick off meeting

This event was organized by the project coordinator, SciCo Greece, and was held in Greece at the beginning of the project, on the island of Lesvos, an island located in the Aegean-Mediterranean Sea, home to the Aegean University. This event involved a two-day workshop, which served as the project’s opening event, brought the members of the participating entities together and initiated the promotion of MEDNIGHT and Mediterranean Science. The workshops involved building a common vision and strategy, explaining and co-training partners on transactivities, dissemination and management plans and other common issues. In addition, researchers from various departments of the Aegean University participated and presented their work in their fields of research.
