Is it more dangerous to eat a pack of smoked salmon two days past its expiration date or a tuna can that expired a year ago? Is mould in food always a problem? Through a questionnaire, we will evaluate together your level of knowledge about foods and their shelf life. We will help you to improve your food knowledge for more conscious consumption and to reduce food waste at a domestic level.
