Participants are invited to recognize aromatic plants and spices typical of Mediterranean cuisine through their smell, aroma and taste. Each participant will be provided a sensory evaluation questionnaire reporting a list of sensory descriptors to recognize and evaluate. The test aims to highlight the importance of sensory perception in food choices and encourage the use of aromas and spices typical of the Mediterranean area, which are sources of nutraceutical substances.
