Design and manufacture of secure smart devices for the preservation of material cultural heritage-PSmart

The aim of the project “Design and manufacture of secure smart devices for the preservation of material cultural heritage-PSmart” of the Operational Programme “North Aegean 2014-2020”, co-funded by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) and national resources, is the creation of an integrated production line for the design, manufacture and configuration of secure smart network devices, aiming to protect the exhibits kept in cultural institutions from environmental hazards. Appropriate software was created to manage the devices, as well as the prices. The software, among other things, provides the possibility to monitor the prices remotely and to configure them. A pilot application of the products of this action was carried out in two cultural organisations of Lesvos, the Stratis Eleftheriadis Teriade Museum-Library and the Natural History Museum of the Petrified Forest of Lesvos.

The workshop will be held for the general public in a central location of Mytilene city (Sappho Square)
