Such data may include your full name, email address, phone number and as requested as per the respective form that you are asked to complete.

Purposes of processing: Management and processing of the application submitted. For example, if you consent to subscribe to our newsletter, your personal data will be collected in order to send you these newsletters via email and more specifically for the following purposes:

• Informing you about the advancements, ad hoc project, events and initiatives as part of MEDNIGHT project.
• Sharing insights into our collaborative efforts, scientific discussions and scientific discoveries.

Lawfulness of Processing: The interested party consents to the processing of his personal data for the purposes specified by signing his request and this Informed Consent.

Recipients of personal data: El Caleidoscopio workers and partners of MEDNIGHT Consortium. Your personal data such as your email address may be shared with other partners of the MEDNIGHT Consortium that are located in your country of residence in order to facilitate the execution of the purpose for which your personal data has been collected and processed.  For example, your email address may be shared with our partners to contact you in case you have subscribed in our newsletter to inform you about advancements, ad hoc projects, events and initiatives related to MEDNIGHT

International data transfer: No 

Periods of storage or deletion of the data: The data will be stored for an indefinite period, until the end of the purpose for which they are processed, plus the period of time of retention, if any.

Exercise of Rights: You have the right to request access to and rectification of personal data. The right to erasure of data and the right to object to processing are not possible without the annulment of the request made. You have the right to limit the processing of your data to the specified purposes.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your data: The withdrawal of consent would result in the cancellation and cancellation of your request.
