The activity engaged young inspiring girls and women in Turkey, the UK, and Ireland, showcasing female scientists as role models and emphasizing how science transcends borders. The initiative brought together MCAA members from the Ireland Chapter, the Sustainability Working Group (WG), and the Career Development WG to foster international collaboration, inspire future scientists, and empower women in STEM fields. The hybrid event featured onsite and online activities, including science speed talks, an art & science fusion workshop, and an online panel discussion, fostering mentorship, inspiration, and innovation.

The activity took place in Istanbul, Ahmet Kelesoglu Science and Technology High School. The total number of students was 619 in addition to 27 teachers and 5 guests from Atasehir District Governor and Atasehir district education directorship.
