The MUDIC (Museo Didactico Interactivo de Ciencias de la Vega Baja) offered several workshops on the science hidden in food at the Alicante Gastronómica 2024 experiential fair. During the mornings of Friday 27 and Saturday 28 September, workshops were given on the physics and chemistry of lemon, cooking and chemical reactions, healthy truffle made with dates and nutrition and health.
