Healthy muscles and bones: think about it at mealtimes

Can I have healthy bones and muscles? Can I prevent their fragility? There is just one answer: you can. And it is easiest when there are not yet some ugly consequences such as bone fractures from insignificant traumas. When? Always, at all ages. The Mediterranean style is our ally. Are we aware of it in this respect? Do we let it accompany us? To find out, we decided to use simple questionnaires to take a snapshot of eating habits and risk of future bone fragility fractures in order to promote healthy habits for primary prevention of musculoskeletal fragility.
