Neuroarte 2022 Exhibition

From September 30 to October 14, the lobby of the Alicante Renfe Station hosts the exhibition “Neuroarte 2022”, organized by the Institute of Neurosciences (IN, CSIC-UMH) in collaboration with ADIF and the European project MEDNIGHT (Mediterranean Night of Researchers), which is part of the European Research Night. The exhibition shows some of the images that neuroscientists see in their day to day through the microscope and that were selected in the first photographic contest organized in 2021 by the group of postdoctoral researchers OPINA of the Institute of Neurosciences, in collaboration with the social network team of the institute.

With this exhibition, the Institute of Neurosciences CSIC-UMH joins this initiative inviting you to know the exciting world of brain research and scientific photography through 12 images of 2 meters by 80 centimeters, and two other information panels. Together, the twelve photographs on display allow us to learn by admiring the incredible structures, shapes and colors of the cells that constitute the fundamental bases of our organism.
