Being good with food: in search of tastes and emotions
The alternating consumption of various nutrients and the use of a balanced diet provide the basis for our psycho-physical well-being. Accordingly, a team of experts in the field of psycho-education in the field of nutrition will welcome kids and adolescents with many interactive activities aimed at promoting a greater understanding of the link between nutrition and emotions. Through organised playful experiences, kids and adolescents will learn how emotions influence our eating behaviour, suggesting what and how to eat. Educating children about good nutrition means laying the foundations for a healthier lifestyle.
