Row indoor to learn all about rowing

The proposed activity are part of a Project named “Teaching rowing” aimed at introducing rowing as sport activity in schools and the principal investigator is the world rowing champion, Giovanni Ficarra. During the MedNight event a brief introduction on the rowing technique will be provided to the attendants and then a 20 second challenge on the ergometer will be performed. All kids and adolescents are invited and the winner will receive a small gift.
