Life Cycle Assessment: looking for the true environmental sustainability against greenwashing

Let’s find out together how to measure and communicate the environmental sustainability of products and services! To know if the product or service we are using respects the concept of environmental sustainability, it is necessary to measure its environmental impacts throughout considering a life cycle perspective. Many companies are aware of this and apply the “Life Cycle Assessment” method to measure and communicate the environmental performance of the products and services offered to the consumer.

The activity will present some examples of companies that use this method to communicate the environmental impacts of their products through environmental labeling, against the phenomenon of greenwashing.
