Lifestyles, nutrition and health in the Mediterranean territories

The questionnaire, with the active involvement of the public, aims to solicit reflection, even critical, on the connection between ethical-religious issues and nutrition. The questions will mainly focus on the following topics: a) influence of religions in Mediterranean civilizations on behavior and consumption; b) relationship between different cultures and food choices; c) lifestyles and health. The objective is to focus attention on the relevant and current relationship between religious freedom, nutrition and health, starting from the assumption that the right to food is not only a right to a fair livelihood but to the protection of one’s food choices which are also religious-cultural type.
