Iodine nutrition and well-being in the developmental age

The contribution is part of the “Diet and Nutrition” thematic area and aims to disseminate a project involving the parents of children in nursery and primary schools with the dual objective of evaluating the knowledge of the problem relating to the effects of iodine deficiency on the child and to promote the correct use of iodized salt as an iodoprophylaxis measure.
