On March 27th, a group of students from the “Borghese Faranda” Institute of Patti (ME), accompanied by some teachers, went to the Department of Veterinary Sciences. There they were welcomed by the researchers Luigi Liotta, Carmelo Cavallo and Annalisa Amato, who showed the students their laboratories and their equipment, explaining to them the issue of the milk and cheese production chain.
