The issue of self-driving cars is attracting the attention of both the European Union and Italy. These vehicles are candidates to become the future of road traffic and will impose a consequent adaptation of the respective infrastructures. We would therefore like to propose to the public the Moral Machine experiment which presents, in the form of an “ethical game”, a moral dilemma faced by a self-driving car and which must be solved by the player. We will thus have the opportunity to collect “ethical” data from the Mediterranean territory and to discuss together about the criminal-legal issues that will accompany the placing on the road of self-driving cars. https://www.moralmachine.net/
