Universidad de Alicante

Con el objeto de contribuir a despertar vocaciones y fomentar el interés por el conocimiento y la investigación en niñas, niños y jóvenes no universitarios, se ofertarán a centros de secundaria y primaria talleres, conferencias, experimentos y/o demostraciones científicas y juegos online relacionados con las distintas áreas del conocimiento que se desarrollan en las Facultades de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, Ciencias, Ciencias de la Salud, Derecho, Educación, Filosofía y Letras y la Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad de Alicante.

Además, en colaboración con la Concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Alicante, se pondrá el valor el patrimonio geológico de Alicante a través de “GeoAlicante: geología en la ciudad”. Una ruta diseñada para público adulto que transcurre por espacios tan emblemáticos como el Castillo de Santa Bárbara, el parque de la Ereta, las laderas del Monte Benacantil, la plaza de la Iglesia de Santa María, el paseo de la Explanada y la playa del Postiguet, en la que profesorado y estudiantes de la UA explican el patrimonio geológico de Alicante con un enfoque científico y divulgativo.
