On 23rd May 2024, in the Campagna Room of the Department of Political and Legal Sciences of the University of Messina, the first meeting of the Orientajunior project took place, organized by Maria Francesca Tommasini and aimed at primary school children. For the second year this event is hold in collaboration with the MEDNIGHT project.

During this first meeting, pupils from the Leopardi and Salvo d’Acquisto Institutes listend to the reading of the story “The mistery of La Albufera”, included in the volume “Tales from the MEDNIGHT”.

Subsequently Alessandra Bitto and Giovanni Ficarra involved them in a thematic workshop entitled “The Ganzirri Lake”.

About 70 pupils attended to the event.
