Let’s train thinking with Philosophy for Children
The proposed activity, adapted to the context of Mednight, is inspired by the practice of Philosophy for Children devised by Matthew Lipman on the exercise, initiated by Socrates in our western culture, of asking questions from an early age. The ancient human modality of asking “why?”, “why not?”, “otherwise?” will be trained through various playful-reflective activities that will take place strictly respecting the circular setting typical of the research community. Participants will discover the innumerable potentialities of their own thinking, capable of declining into critical, creative and caring thinking, achieving a greater awareness of their own human superpowers.
