Preparing the Shipbuilding School at the Museum of Shipbuilding and Maritime Arts of the Aegean in Samos

There will be a presentation of a research program for the systematic preparation of a Shipbuilding School at the new Museum of Shipbuilding and Maritime Arts in Heraio, Samos. The program was implemented by the Department of Mathematics of the University of the Aegean with the aim of developing an analytical and integrated curriculum and the creation of a model analytical educational manual-aid on woodworking. The aim is to lay the foundations for the permanent operation of a School of Carpentry in Samos, which will combine traditional techniques with modern science and technology.
