The impact of climate change on respiratory allergic diseases

Under the Global Goals “Good Health and Wellness” and “Climate Action,” the issue of the negative impact of climate change on respiratory allergies and, therefore, on the health status of our respiratory system will be addressed. The setting up of a booth with specialists in the field and the distribution of informational materials on preventive measures aim to inform and raise awareness of the harmful synergy between pollutants, pollens and allergies. A questionnaire will be distributed to those in attendance to assess knowledge and awareness of the problem, which are key elements in tackling together what is a real health emergency.
