OPEN DOORS DAY AT THE CIMAR-UA
The Marine Research Centre is an active place where the activities carried out are aimed at getting to know an environment as close and at the same time as unknown as the marine environment, its biodiversity and its surroundings, in order to teach how to take advantage of its resources responsibly, as well as help protect this fragile ecosystem. With a privileged location at the foot of the fossil coral reef of Santa Pola and a few meters from the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, CIMAR offers participants a guided tour around its facilities, observation of samples in the centre’s laboratory and a tour around the coastal area to observe a site.
