El alumando del Grado Medio en Cocina y Gastronomía del IES Los Montesinos disfrutó de una actividad “Researchers back to School” el pasado 22 de Octubre.
La actividad, impartida por la investigadora Inmaculada Simón, de la Universidad Miguel Hernández, trató la relación entre agricultura y cocina. En concreto, mostró al alumnado cómo pueden cultivar la verdura que más tarde utilizarán en sus trabajos culinarios. Para ello, conocieron el trabajo del huerto ecológico y cómo hacer sus propios semilleros. El objetivo fue tener brotes tiernos y recién recolectados a la hora de terminar los platos y darles un toque de personalidad.
