ORIHUELA MEDNIGHT SESIÓN DE MAÑANA, NUEVOS INGREDIENTES PARA UNA PRODUCCIÓN ALIMENTARIA SOSTENIBLE

Esta propuesta de taller tiene como objetivo presentar y exponer los nuevos ingredientes alimentarios (fibras de cítricos, harina de caqui, harina de insectos, algas, etc) que se están utilizando dentro de la innovación alimentaria aprovechando los recursos locales y nuevas fuentes, así como, mostrar sus oportunidades para una producción alimentaria sostenible.
