INMA SIMÓN, MARINA ALFOSEA, JUAN CARLOS FERNÁNDEZ RESEARCHERS’ BACK TO SCHOOL – VIRGEN DEL PILAR SCHOOL

En junio Inmaculada Simón, Marina Alfosea y Juan Carlos Fernández motivaron a los estudiantes del Colegio Virgen del Pilar del Pilar de la Horadada a realizar estudios en carreras científicas. Ellas motivaron encarecidamente al estudiantado y trataron las tareas habituales de laboratorio y detalles sobre la carrera investigadora. Los estudiantes pudieron interactuar con plantas de cultivo y diferentes tipos de suelo.

Respecto a su labor investigadora:

Inmaculada Simón Vilella es doctora en Ingeniería agrónoma, Marina Alfosea Simón, doctora en ingeniería agrónoma, trabajan en el Grupo de Bioestimulantes y Cambio Climático, formado por el CEBAS-CISC y la UMH. Ambas trabajan en la selección de plantas aromáticas y medicinales agroecológicas, tolerantes a diferentes escenarios climáticos y con altas funcionalidad bioactiva. Juan Carlos Fernández es ingeniero agrónomo e investigador. Inmaculada es directora de la Cátedra Agrobaila -UMH, Marina es investigadora en el CEBAS -CSIC.
