RESEARCHERS’S BACK TO SCHOOL – SANTO DOMINGO SCHOOL

Juan Miguel Valverde, investigador en tecnología de los alimentos, motivará a los estudiantes del Colegio Santo Domingo de Orihuela sobre la carrera científica. Las motivaciones, anécdotas y decisiones en su trayectoria serán un bagaje que servirá de estímulo y ejemplo para los estudiantes.

Además, tratará sobre sus investigaciones y resultados, como su investigación en tratamientos postcosecha y el estudio del efecto de elicitores (Metil jasmonato, metil salicilato, ácido salicílico, ácido oxálico, melatonina, ácido gamma aminobutírico) en la producción y calidad de diversas frutas (limón, cereza, naranja, alcachofas).
