Durante la semana del 11 de Febrero, Día Internacional de la Mujer y la Niña en la Ciencia, la exhibición “Las Marie Curie del Mediterráneo” estuvo expuesta en la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Orihuela.

El MUDIC ha organizado esta exposición, que ha sido producida en el marco del proyecto MEDNIGHT para visibilizar mujeres científicas mediterráneas actuales.

Al acto inaugural asistieron diferentes autoridades como la Directora del MUDIC, Mari Carmen Perea; la subdirectora del Grado en Ingeniería Agroalimentaria, Mari Luz García; la subdirectora del CIAGRO (Instituto de Investigación Agroalimentaria), María Serrano; o la Coordinadora del Programa de Doctorado de la UMH, Juana Fernández. Además, cuatro investigadoras de la EPSO representaron el papel de las jóvenes investigadoras.
